Let me introduce myself, I am Tracy Sandra Mills and I am a full time, qualified counsellor practicing in Stockport, near Manchester

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and I am registered with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BCAP).

I work with individual clients on either an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim
of empowering clients to explore and work through their difficulties. I am committed to providing counselling in a confidential and non-judgemental environment.

Counselling provides a regular time and place for you to talk about your troubles and explore difficult
feelings, in an environment that is supportive, safe, dependable, free from intrusion and totally
